Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship across the U.S. via USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses. If you made a mistake, contact us immediately at support@botanikit.com — we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact your local post office or carrier
Unfortunately, Botanikit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed. We recommend using a secure delivery location.
International Shipping
