Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to love your growing experience with Botanikit! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
To initiate a return, email us at support@botanikit.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable:
- Opened seed packs
- Used kits or partially assembled items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@botanikit.com with a photo of the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is posted
- Contact your bank
